Griffin and Collier is the new folk duo from the creative voices behind the critically acclaimed global folk band Mishra. Known for their award winning continent-crossing collaborations that include Indian classical and traditional music from Mozambique, Kate Griffin and Ford Collier now hone in on a more intimate exploration of their roots in the folk music of the British Isles and America.
As well as acclaimed multi-instrumental performers known for touring the UK and NZ, Griffin and Collier are also composers, music educators, community music leaders, and session recording artists. See below for examples of their many projects.
